If you are not using the latest version, you can download it free from the Real Networks Website.

To obtain continuing education credit, just:
1. click on
the program you're interested in
2. review the program goals and objectives
3. read and/or listen to the continuing education program
4. complete the post-test and program evaluation, and submit via e-mail
(if available), or you can print and mail or fax your forms to the CE
provider Programs require you to complete and submit a post-test and program
evaluation. The processing fee for post-test evaluations will vary, but
will usually be free
