Registration, Post-Test, and Program Evaluation

To obtain pharmacy continuing education credit for this program, satisfactory completion of a post-test and program evaluation is required. A total of fifteen post-test questions and five program evaluation questions are included. A score of 75% or higher is required on the post-test in order to earn CE credit.
